Car trouble?

I thought I would tell the UK people with UK cars what happened to me yesterday in La Cala.
I had a small bump with another car, police were called and the first thing
asked for was my tax disc. "Donīt
have one" Whith that the officer called
the grua and took it away.
Can he do this? Can anyone out there
help me get my car back? Is this a new law? If so, your UK car isnīt going to
be worth a lot.
